Rights of the person concerned

According to Art. 7 (3) GDPR you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time for the future. For this purpose an informal notice via mail is sufficient.

You have the right to obtain a confirmation from us as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, as well as to obtain information on these data and further information and a copy of the personal data undergoing processing, according to Art. 15 GDPR.

According to Art. 16 GDPR you have the right to optain the completion and the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you.

According to Art. 17 GDPR you have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you or according to Art. 18 GDPR the right to obtain restriction of processing of personal data concerning you.

According to Art. 20 GDPR you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us, in a machine-readable format to yourself or to another controller

According to Art. 77 GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Contacting

When you contact us (e.g. via phone, mail or the contact form on this webpage) we process the information submitted through the inquiry, including the contact details, in order to respond to the inquiry and possible follow-up questions.

The basis for the data processing is, depending on the character of the inquiry, Art 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (for inquiries concerning contractual or precontractual relations) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (for other inquiries).

Cookies

Cookies are small files that are saved in the browser of the terminal device of the user. They primarily serve the purpose to save information about the user or the device during the visit of a webpage.

For the survey we use Session-Cookies that will be automatically deleted after the end of the browser session. The purpose is to enable the correct navigation within the survey. If you do not want that, please deactivate the respective option in the settings of your browser. Please note that this can lead to a restriction of the function.

Survey

If you provide information in the context of the survey, we will process the data obtained in order to complete the assignment or project stated in the survey.

Please note: Even if personal data is not directly requested, in complex surveys some questions might potentially lead to the collection of personal data that will possibly allow for you to be identified.

The response to the questions is voluntary, you can cancel the survey at any point or skip individual questions. There are no disadvantages following from a cancellation or non-participation.
